The EDHEC Global MBA class is made up of carefully selected international candidates who have on average 8 years professional experience (3 years minimum). Diversity is a key element: culture, age, professional and educational background. Our 2012 Graduates had an average age of 32 with ages ranging from 25-47 years.

Our Global MBA participants come from a wide variety of professional and academic backgrounds, which adds to the richness of the class experience. In fact the EDHEC Global MBA was ranked number one in the world for Student Diversity in the Economist's 2010 MBA Rankings.

As our learning style is highly interactive, participants learn both from professors and peers through active discussions and group case studies. As the participants all have a solid work experience, the learning environment is rich and so within minimum time, the learning experience is maximal.
