Global Tracks

Global tracks give you more choice

Following the impressive growth of the EDHEC MBA in 2011 and rise in demand for global MBA programmes, the now called EDHEC Global MBA has integrated three specialist tracks to its 10-month, generalist curriculum and offers participants seminars in four countries.

Now in addition to the existing core Global MBA courses, participants can choose one of four specialisation tracks. The aim of these specialist tracks is to sharpen MBA participants' skills in one of three key areas:

Finance Track

The crisis has reinforced the need for managers with a solid understanding in Finance. EDHEC has been ranked the N°1 school for Finance in France for several years so in offering this specialization, we are allowing participants to benefit even further from our know-how in this field. Our new Finance Track provides courses in international corporate finance and financial economics followed by a week-long residential seminar at our London Executive Campus in order to understand first-hand the mechanisms of international financial markets.

Global Leadership Track

The Global Leadership Track will include courses on how to manage global projects and this will be done in collaboration with IBM. The coursework will then be followed by a week-long seminar at our Singapore Executive Campus where participants will learn more about global leadership from an Asian perspective.

Entrepreneurship Track

The Entrepreneurship Track (to be offered from the September 2012 intake onwards) has been planned keeping in mind the need the community has for entrepreneurs who open new avenues of economic growth and create jobs. Participants with a budding business idea will learn more about entrepreneurial finance and project financing and then spend a week at Stanford University's guesthouse in Silicon Valley.

Family Business Track : New in 2013!

The Family Business Track (to be offered from the September 2013 intake onwards) has been designed for students who want to learn about the specificities of family firms, with respect to their managerial practices, their values, their strategy and their governance. The track will end with a week-long seminar at EDHEC new Executive Campus in Paris.

Participants select one specialization track among the four offered. The tuition fees include the costs of these tracks. All expenses incurred in the Global Business Trips are covered by EDHEC with the exception of food and leisure activities.
