The EDHEC Global MBA class is made up of carefully selected international candidates who have on average 8 years professional experience (3 years minimum). Diversity is a key element; culture, age, professional and educational background This year's average age is 32 with ages ranging from 25 - 47. Around 25 nationalities are represented each year with 92% non-French participants.
As learning style is highly interactive, participants learn both from professors and peers through active discussions and group case studies. As the participants all have a solid work experience, the learning environment is rich and so within minimum time, the learning experience is maximal.
