The final part of the MBA programme allows participants to put their newly acquired skills and knowledge into practice. For the concluding 8 weeks, the participants will work on different types of projects, according to their interest of specialisation. These projects can be one of the following and all projects will be supervised by an EDHEC professor:

In-company consulting projectsThe in-company consulting projects are sourced and negotiated by the School and are carried out by teams of MBA participants. Participants may also choose to negotiate a consulting project with their present companies or even develop a new project on their behalf. Each consulting project is tailored to provide the sponsor company with strategic knowledge while enabling the MBA participants to get their teeth into challenging questions present in real-life businesses.
New business venturingPersonal projects, such as setting up a biusiness plan, start-up or buyout, should aim to evaluate the economic feasibility of a new business idea and can be worked on individually or within a team. Depending on the nature and the maturity of these personal projects, participants can be put in contact with incubators in the neighbouring Sophia Antipolis business park.
EDHEC's Entrepreneurship Association can also be a useful ressounce.
Corporate internshipsParticipants wishing to re-direct their career may carry out the project in the form of a corporate internship. This must last at least two months.This option will allow them to test a new field before making a final decision on their future career path.
Research project / MBA thesis Participants who want to deepen their knowledge in one particular field can opt for a research-based project leading to an MBA thesis. The subject should be in line with the participant's career objectives and can focus on any technical or fundamental domain in management.
In agreement with the MBA director, any other type of project which will have a positive impact on the participant's career.
