CareerSMART Program - Preparing Your Future

CareerSMART helps EDHEC's Global MBA participants to acquire the knowledge, skills, tools and attitudes they need to improve their performance in the recruitment processes and be able to show their potential to their future employers.

The CareerSMART Program in Action

The CareerSMART program provides EDHEC Global MBA participants with career-related sessions. These career activities are organized weekly throughout the program to support Global MBA participants in the different phases of their career orientation and placement.

How CareerSMART Works for You

The range of careers activities offered to Global MBA participants as part of the CareerSMART program can be grouped together into 6 distinct categories: assessment, workshops, careers coaching, online careers resources, talent brokerage and networking. These activities are integrally linked together, like cogs in a machine. For this reason they are delivered holistically to ensure the outcomes of one activity feed into the success of others.



These specific careers activities are then structured and delivered around the 5 CareerSMART themes in order to ensure a coherent and integrated program.
